Would you rather have someone act like your friend and talk shit behind your back, or would you rather have them tell you straight up they don't like you and be an asshole all the time?
Supernova: I'd much rather have someone be nice to my face. I mean, I certainly don't like phony people but I'd be pretty hurt if someone told me they didn't like me and were a jerk all the time. I'd much rather have someone at least pretend to be my friend, you know? I'm being lied to but I'm happy.
Squishy: Although it's great to feel like everyone likes you, I'd much rather have someone tell me how they feel to my face. And if they're an asshole, big whoop, I can be an asshole right back. Yeah it may suck if someone you think is a friend really isn't, but I'd much rather be able to make my own decision on the matter. If you don't like me, don't come around me, and I'll try my hardest to do the same.
So, what do you think? Would you rather have a fake friend or a douchebag?
I'd rather have my friend tell me honestly what he/she thinks than be a fake friend to me.
